Vinyl Banner Material and Printing
Our vinyl banners are printed in full color, high quality, CMYK mode. Banners are printed on slight glossy sheen for vibrant colors. We use 13oz PVC scrim vinyl for our standard single sided banner printing. For the double sided option, we use 18oz pvc scrim block out vinyl.
Vinyl Banner Finishing Options:

There are 3 standard finishing options for our vinyl banners.

  • Option 1: Print will be cut to exact size without any hems or grommets; This options is ideal if you are planning to do your own finishing, like stapling the banner to a wooden frame/board, wrapping it around something, etc.

  • Option 2: Standard hems and grommets. This is our standard finishing option unless otherwise specified. Printed vinyl banner is reinforced with hemming and has grommets usually every 2-3 feet depending on banner size. Grommets are good if you are planning on using rope or some strings to tie the banner to something or screws with large washers to screw the banner into walls.

  • Option 3: Sewn in pole pockets for sliding the banner into poles for hanging. This option is very useful if you have a pvc/metal build frame that you need the banner to just slide into. Outdoor sports teams highly prefer this option.
